- How do I secure my wedding date?
- A RM200 deposit is required to secure the event date.
- When is the final payment due?
- Full payment must be completed one week before the actual event date.
- Is the booking deposit refundable?
- The deposit is non-refundable. If the event date is postponed, the deposit will be retained.
- Will I receive the RAW files?
- RAW files are not provided due to storage limitations.
- When will I receive the final product?
- The final product will be delivered within a maximum of two months.
- Is there a transportation fee?
- Transportation fees are charged per event day.
- Can the videos be shared on social media?
- All videos may be uploaded to social media.
